Nevermind I found someone else with the same issue I think it is really silly that the script it asks you to copy and paste includes a faulty parameter value sensor=true_or_false.
this is just silly. Anyone would expect the code to work when you copy and paste it from a code block the following info " JavaScript Maps API Example Within the JavaScript Maps API, place the key within the script tag when you load the API: ... <script src="http://maps.google.com/maps? file=api&v=2&sensor=true_or_false &key=jkfhaskljfhaskjthwepiueryquiperyqwpiuweq;klhasfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasd" type="text/javascript"> </script> ... " should work...
