Here's a quick KML test : go to the regular Google Maps page, and simply paste in the URL of your KML file. Looks the same as in my browser. I can get to it by pasting the URL http://lovebunnies.luckypro.biz/01_stuff/roman_holiday/viamargutta.kml directly in my browser and viewing it as text. That does show up some funny-looking blobs instead of newlines, but that may not be terminal. Another test is to give your URL to a validator, like - http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Flovebunnies.luckypro.biz%2F01_stuff%2Froman_holiday%2Fviamargutta.kml and it passes okay, with one warning. I think your KML is doing what it's told ... are you sure you drew the shapes in the same coordinate system (WGS84)? cheers, Ross K --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
