That isn't implemented on that page.

This version of the page shows the street view from the closest
panorama to the location clicked:
http://www.geocodezip.com/example_geo_streetview_click.asp

It is an experiment that initializes the streetview to look towards
the geocoded address (the little red marker), if there is one.
