Hi Guys, Im trying to generate an API key, behind a corporate firewall for a development environment I am working on for an internal application. Every API key I have generated gives me the same error "The Google Maps API key used on this web site was registered for a different web site. You can generate a new key for this web site at http://code.google.com/apis/maps/.";
I've done the following * Tried localhost * Tried my internal hostname * Tried my external IP address * Tried my internal network IP address No luck. Any suggestions? Been looking in Google groups for this, no luck - a few people had their IP address wrong, but I am sure mine is right. I am behind a corporate proxy.. can't think of anything else....
