You can't add any actual arguments to those that are passed by the API
event itself, but you can hold other variables available with Function
Closure.
function createRectangle() {
var ovr=new Rectangle();
map.addOverlay(ovr);
GEvent.addListener(map, "moveend", function() {
myRedraw(ovr);
}
}
The createRectangle function holds Function Closure on the "ovr"
variable, and the callback function passes it to myRedraw().
