I think perhaps you are misunderstanding what that reported error
means.  It means "somethings gone wrong".
There are many different errors that might make that error get
reported - as you can tell by the many discussions you've looked at.
What YOUR problem is exactly we can't tell, because you are keeping
your webpage a secret.  There is no single answer.
