Hello Ben,

for your request i have some questions:

1. What is your preferred programming language on your server (PHP,
JAVA, JSP …)
2. Where will be the development? Could it be done from “home” or only
in your office?
3. Especially in Europe a number of very small countries exist. What
is with this countries (e.g. Lichtenstein, Vaduz, Vatikan?). This may
be a problem.
4. If database driven, which type of database (MySQL, Oracle, DB2 …)
5. Should the “dialog” be AJAX driven?
6. I assume the page(s) should be support a number of browsers. Which
browser should be supported?
7. I assume the page(s) should use CSS for formatting. Which CSS Level
is required?

I’m interested to realize. A realistic timescale could be done after
your answers and possible phone contact.
