Safari 3.2.1 (OS X) reports some HTML errors. It looks like
photoUpload.php provides its own body elements, and it provides a
fieldset terminated with the tag "</field>".
Might not be the problem, but it would probably pay off to focus on
your HTML as much as on anything related to the Maps API or Javascript.
