Hi Rossko, Thanks for your reply, to fine tune my question - the only part that is somewhat relevant is the web browser.
What if I am using an application controller of UIWebController - IPhone browser class to be used inside applications. So I will be displaying the images with the use of a browser. Can I please get an official Google response on this? If not what is the legal channel I can go through?
