I'll ask the question a different way.

I have an event listening to the 'moveend' event. Since the 'moveend'
event can be fired because of many different reasons (e.g. the user
zooming, dragging, moving) - does a method exist that informs you what
event caused the 'moveend' to fire?

I've been looking in the API but it's not clear to me.
