Will GM API run correctly and fast when we will have our large vector
dataset stored in DB and there will be the possibility to turn on/turn
off layers with max. 100 features (e.g. points of interest divided
into groups)

Have you got any experience with this functionality (route planning
above own dataset) or is anywhere example or tutorial to create this
functionality
