I agree that taking the time to make a link available is important if you're trying to get something that is broken fixed. That only thing I would say is that sometimes a question is just a question--someone just wants a bit of direction and doesn't need any debugging. I don't think that would need a link--just a question about having a %- sized map div. It's quite possible to do, but some help from the group can make it easier to solve.
