I am running into same issue. I am using Google maps Javascript
Geocoder to get the lat/lon for a user entered address and I am
getting two placemark objects for the following locations:

-15303, Dallas Pkwy Addison Texas
-14709 Tanglewood Dr, Farmers Branch, Texas.

Is there a issue related to this one in google's bug list. Does
somebody have a work around to fix this ?
