Hi! I'm a php developer, currently writing a small addon for a community framework. the main purpose of the script is to let users post stuff they want to sell or buy. it's a marketplace (but without handling the sell process like ebay - it's just a pin wall where they can post offers or requests).
users also add a zip code and country to there posts. this data will be geocoded and displayed on a map, to see what entries are in your area. I read the API terms of use and searched the groups but could not find a description of my problem. I'm planning to sell the php script to customers (just the plain source code - i won't provide a hosting service or similar). All i found are examples for commercial websites - but that would not be my "problem" if a customer uses it on a commercial website.
