Okay so it half works. (testing as we speak) if i redifine the map in the button click event, that way the entire map reloads with the new route planned on it. Is this the best way of doing it, or can i clean up the code a bit by passing the variables around a bit?
Also does googlemaps not pick up every location?, If i type in 2 locations. For e.g "speldhurst" and "epsom" i get a route planned out for me between the 2. If i then type "reading" and "london" I get a grey screen where the map used to be.
