Dear group,

I have 2 business cases for which i'd like to have a confirmation of
compliance to the free API TOS.

Here they are:

1) I have built a small CMS for a restaurant. in one page there is a
public available map that shows restaurant position and a form to get
driving directions. this map is public, so it's within TOS.
Anyway, in the backend (password protected) i have a map where the
site owner can change the position of the restaurant directly on a
google map (this precise map is not available to the public, but
shares data with the public one).
Am i within TOS? I think so, based on FAQ:

... if the purpose of the password protected map is to enhance the
publicly available map (i.e. administration), then your site is likely
within the Terms of Service.

2) I have a site where some restaurants are displayed on a map. the
map is freely available to the final user.
Now, i want to charge a small fee for each restaurant to be
displayed on the map and give them a password protected page (again
directly on a google map) to modify the position on the map and other
relevant data of their activity.
Am I within TOS?

Sorry if the question has already been asked somehow, but I'd like to
get some advice on these precise cases.
Thanks a lot for your help.

Mauro
