The geocoders are different, and will generally produce (slightly)
different results. Any geocode is essentially a guess.

If you know where the location is, you should use the location and not
attempt to geocode fixed addresses. Geocoding is really for locating
an address you cannot know in advance -- for example, an address
entered by a user.
