I solved it. After I posted that last thing message, I went back to
the documentation and looked over the basics of balloons again.
(Normally, when I have a programming issue its usually something small
and stupid) Guess what, it was. The reason the last item on my list
kept poping up was because I forgot one line.
document.getElementById('installed-plugin-version').innerHTML =
ge.getPluginVersion().toString();
After I put that line in the problem was solved. So anyone else who
has the last ballon on their list deploy automatically be sure they
check for this one easy to forget line. Thank you all for trying,
sorry I couldn't provide the proper information.
