No. Your maps such as http://fdpm.co.uk/lettings/properties/odd_5.php work, and that one uses v=2 so wouldn't be subject to the version change. I suggest starting a new thread and include details of the browser(s) you have used and exactly how to reproduce the problem -- I couldn't see any markers at all at the URL you gave, I had to look for some.
