Whoops! Ralph's comment made me check a few other browsers and when
the map worked in all of them I became suspicious! I restarted Firefox
and suddenly everything works again. That'll teach me to have so much
faith in FF! Sorry again for polluting this thread, didn't want to
start a meaningless new thread saying "I had a problem but now I've
fixed it", and didn't want to appear like I had buggered off without
following up on the good advice I received. Cheers!
