Caution: IANAL As long as the map is free to the end user, I think you're alright. If only paid members would see that map, then you'd have a problem. I'm guessing the way you plan on it working is some listings will have a map while others won't, why some do and some don't isn't relevant as long as the end user isn't paying to see the map. You can certainly charge to have listings included on a map, that's covered in the FAQ (or used to be).
