I have to say - I know it's being worked on as top priority and
they're doing their best - but this is an appalling problem. Google
has a great reputation and the service has performed excellently for
us over 18 months - how can such a mature service fail in such a basic
and simple way as *malformed XML*!? How can the code producing the
response even work with malformed XML to begin with? It's mind
boggling to say the least.

Anyway, I appreciate the tech support's efforts and look forward to a
solution in the very near future.
