For what it's worth, we went off-list for a bit and played around with that. From what I can tell (we even got to the point of trading screenshots) he's doing everything right, as far as console usage goes. Maybe someone else knows more about the console functionality than I, though. Looked like Firefox on Vista. Don't know what version, but if it's even remotely recent, it ought to be working fine, and its lack of errors is somewhat inexplicable.
