in your xml file this:
logo="<?php echo $deflogo;?>"
looks wrong.
("<" is not allowed as attribute text, shouldn't that be processed by
your server?)
If you are trying to output php dynamically inside the infowindow,
that isn't going to work (the infowindow is on the client, the php is
processed on the server).
