Ralph, I use the same code (and they are the same vintage) at
http://www.islaculebra.com/culebra-maps/find-culebra-coordinates.php and http://www.islaculebra.com/culebra-maps/attractions.php one works - the other doesn't. So I doubt it has to do with your suggestion, but I will try to alter and report back! At this point I will try anything.
