I doubt that it is. But you haven't said how your MIDlet is to work,
so it's difficult to say. If it provides directions without using the
GDirections class provided by the Javascript API, it is definitely not
within the Terms. If the Javascript API is involved somewhere (where?)
it might be within the Terms.
