Thanks guys! I really appreciate your help! I also found an interesting utility from http://gmaps-utility-library.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/markerclusterer, and it's called MarkerClusterer. I think it handles clustering automatically. I just need to pass my array of markers. I'm also considering clustering.
But can you please tell me if there are drawbacks if I use this? I'm not sure if I can use tiles, because my application needs each marker to be clickable and must pop an infowindowhtml, but I could be wrong. Thanks!
