Well, I don't see why not, or why google wouldn't want to do it
themselves...
After all, its just client-side javascript, its 'open source' on the client,
scrambled, yes, maybe somewhat, but still wide open & visible...

It would be foolish to pretend that google is going to successfully protect
any 'trade secrets' by simply obfuscating their javascript.
In fact, I (or anyone else) can already somewhat deobfuscate it within
firefox using 'js deob' plug-ins, but that wasn't the original
issue/question.

The real issue/question was whether something like this already existed in a
cleaned-up, polished format, or if google themselves were willing to provide
something like this, and with their blessing on it, as a development tool
for users of their API.

Anyone else willing to offer some *helpful* advice?
