Use the geocoder to convert the addresses to coordinates at the time
that the customer enters them. This gives several benefits:

Spelling errors in the addresses can be detected and corrected at the
time of entry, when the geocoder fails to recognise the misspelled
version.

Geocoding errors can be seen by the customer and corrected, either by
adding more information (E.g. by specifying "Boston, Lincolnshire"
rather than just "Boston") or by dragging the marker to the exact
position.

Geocoding the addresses later is very inefficient, can cause you to
exceed your geocoding speed limit, and presents awkward pitfalls for the
unwary coder.
