Perhaps we're at odds over what DRAG means.  I would say Esa's example
involves dragging a marker without clicking it.  I don't know what
else dragging means, if it isn't making the marker follow the mouse
cursor.

I understand that you want to trigger the bouncy, but you can't have
it.  That's why there's an open enhancement request for it.
