there shouldnt really be a connection, because the GoogleBot indexing
a page for the Search Results, wont see the API content (as its
usually encoded in Javascript, or loaded from some external xml file
etc)

Google have incorporated into the Terms, that they could start doing
it, but not sure how well it will work, because the API is used for
much different data. In anycase they have noted they will notify us
before they do this.

You should still update your details via the LBC.
