It can happen every now and then, that the images get updated and
either fall into place, or out of place.

Some time ago, someone posted with a similar question for Cairo,
Egypt, and I suggested this solution:

Since then, the satellite images for Cairo have improved, and now the
solution is no longer needed, so if you click "reset", everything
falls into place.

The answer to your problem is, don't move all your markers and
polygons if you know they have correct latitude/longitude values. Move
the map instead. :-)
