That sort of thing often happens when the satellite imagery gets updated 
for countries where there are no detailed streetmaps. The guys that 
align the images don't have sufficiently accurate references to work 
from.

Before 29-Aug, the tiles looked like this:
   http://khm0.google.com/kh/v=43&x=154678&y=104051&z=18
but now they look like this:
   http://khm0.google.com/kh/v=45&x=154678&y=104051&z=18

It'll probably be several years before the satellite images for that 
location get updated again, so I suggest updating your points.
