You could change EInsertGroundOverlay to support dynamic opacity instead 
of PNG partial transparency (NB you can't ever have both in MSIE 6). You 
have to rip the MSIE PNG transparency support out of einsert.js and bolt 
on opacity setting.

Caution: Don't use partially transparent images with this technique
