Assume two overlapping polygons, one red, one blue. Where they intersect/overlap is purple.
Mouse over red and you'll get mouseover event for red polygon Move mouse from red to purple, you'll get 1) mouseout red polygon 2) mouseover blue polygon I had expected no mouseout red, because I'm still within red's boundaries. (In this case, red poly is displayed first, "below" blue poly).
