Assume two overlapping polygons, one red, one blue. Where they
intersect/overlap is purple.

Mouse over red and you'll get mouseover event for red polygon

Move mouse from red to purple, you'll get
1) mouseout red polygon
2) mouseover blue polygon

I had expected no mouseout red, because I'm still within red's
boundaries. (In this case, red poly is displayed first, "below" blue
poly).

Other than tracking mouse moves and doing the comparison myself, is
there something I can do to NOT get the red poly mouseout until I've
really exited that polygon?
