Yes. As a click on a polygon also triggers a click on the map, it's probably better where you know that polygons overlap to make use of that. Don't listen for clicks on the polygons; listen for clicks on the map and do point-in-polygon analysis on your poly collection to determine which one(s) contain the click point. Mike's EPoly extension adds a .Contains() method which will help.
