I don't want to calculate the distance - I have it and want to
calculate longitude DELTA (difference).
Apart distance I think that I need a latitude position, because
longitude DELTA is changing depending on latitude (increase when
latitude goes to 0 degrees and decrease when latitude goes to -90 or
90 degrees)
