Vipin, I'm not exactly sure what you aspect as the result (as you didn't provide the link that points to smth doesn't work for you), but I do have a StreetView example that shows a transparent div: http://notebook.kulchenko.com/maps/datamark
You'll see that the map is visible through the street view picture; in fact, you'll need to apply some effort to make it *not* to appear this way as when you apply transparency to one of the divs, all other elements on it will have the same property.
