I know that I can get the estimated travel time between two points using the GDirections object, however I do not see a method for getting the estimated travel time during heavy traffic. The functionality appears to only be available when getting directions via the Google Maps application (in selected cities), but not for API users. Is this true? If so are there any plans to add this to the Maps API in the future? This is functionality needed by my client, so if this will not be exposed by Google, any alternatives would be appreciated.
