Same problem here...it was working yesterday.

I just verified my key by requesting a new one (it's correct and
valid...plus Google Maps loads on my domain using the same key) and I
added the sensor parameter, and it still doesn't work. According to
the docs, I have all the req'd parameters, and I'm still getting a 610
error. Call and response:
