That is really cool! I'll definitely use this as a base for the tool
if I end up developing it. But unfortunately, I don't know anything
about this script so I'm unable to help you implement it, but maybe
someone else here does.

In getting back to my original question, it wasn't really the drawing
of polygons that I was asking about.. it was running a reverse
geolocator through the points contained within the polygon in an
effective way.  Any ideas?
