You had a reply three weeks ago here: http://groups.google.com/group/google-maps-api/browse_thread/thread/98282fd2232fe4ac which gave a link to the MapKit reference at http://developer.apple.com/iPhone/library/documentation/MapKit/Reference/MKMapView_Class/MKMapView/MKMapView.html -- they include a link to the MapKit terms at http://code.google.com/apis/maps/iphone/terms.html Those terms state (9.1) "Your Maps API Implementation may not charge an incremental fee solely for the Service," and (10.4) "You may not charge users or any other third party any incremental fee solely for the use of the Maps API Implementation, the Service, or the Content."
