You could raise an enhancement request for the API

I suspect it may not be possible without the authorization of BMW or
Mercedes as appropriate as well.  If you're looking to make your own
application involving this facility I think you may need to become
their 'partner' by contract, like Google has.  We don't know what
restrictions are in those existing agreements.  But what do I know ...
you need to ask them.
