The info windows in Google Maps look all different depending on what you searched for and what results you get.
If you want to display all shops that sells noodles you need a database with all that shops, their coordinates, their address, the pictures, and what you want to display. If you had all that information in your database which Google also displays, you can build info windows which exactly look like Google's ones. The latter also depends on your HTML, CSS and Javascript skills.
