Your (legal) options if you want it to contain "exactly the same
information as the google map infoWindow" are:
1. use google maps (you lose your custom icons)
2. use the local search API.  I don't know if that has "exactly the
same information as the google map infoWindow", but it is probably as
close as you are going to get.

Those are all I know of.  Someone else might know some other option.
