Good day,

When trying to build a time and distance matrix for a large number of
addresses (over 100) for our routing optimizing software using the
Google API; we found that we had a 1 second delay per every 10
requests on the server. If we are trying to build a matrix for 100
different addresses; this amounts to 10000 requests just for distance,
and another 10000 for time. This for one takes forever and we quickly
hit the daily server request cap.

If we were to pay for the Google API Premier service, would these
limitations still prevail? We were told by Google API sales that this
currently is against the Google TOS but it will soon be
permitted...has this been confirmed?

Our software is to be deployed on a very large scale and our number of
requests is snignificant as we will require distance matrices for over
3500 itineraries of over 100 stops each on a daily basis.

Is there a way to purchase a static Google database that our software
could feed from so we wouldn't have these server request limitations?

Thank you in advance for your help.
