Im wondering if i need a premier license if I intend on create a PUBLIC/FREE website that lists tea shops internationally - meaning, its FREE to submit your shop and get listed on the map - BUT charge to have additional information listed, such as description of shop, photo, logo, etc.
Would this be a violation of terms w.Google?
