I haven't come across this in the API docs, but can a marker that already exists in the map be used as either a starting or ending point when getting driving directions? I'm using custom markers and info windows and I'd like to not have the standard markers pop up when the directions are calculated (since it looks like only strings are accepted when setting up start/endpoints).
