Yes.

Example:
http://www.geocodezip.com/example_geo2.asp?addr1=martinville&addr2=talahasse&geocode=1&geocode=2

Click on any of the other results for "martinville" then click the
"Regenerate Pre-geocoded directions" button.

If you want to use the results of GDirections with custom markers, you
need to get the polyline and add it and your markers to the map
yourself.
