I tried to enable Rotation in 2.193, and I am now confused. From
reading the documentation it appeared that you could just call
enableRotation() and then the maps just 'do the right thing'.,

However, when I tried this, and looked around San Jose, there are now
lots of areas with no data.

if you go to http://wxdev.gladstonefamily.net/site/C2789 and then
choose 'satellite'. Now zoom in and the imagery goes away. As you zoom
in further it comes back.

This is not a good user experience. I understand the difficulties in
dealing with viewports where there is a mixture of rotatable imagery
and non-rotatable.

How are map developers supposed to handle this situation, or is it a
bug?
